Headmaster CRISTINA TONELLI
Cristina Tonelli was born in Riva del Garda. She has lived in Rome for a long time, where she has been running the oldest Vocational Hospitality Institute in the capital city: the “Tor Carbone” I.P.S.E.O.A. since 2015. She has collaborated for years with Assocamera, the Lazio Region, special companies of the Chamber of Commerce, ARSIAL, AGROCAMERA, COLDIRETTI, to design and test
tourism and agri-food innovation paths (Maker Faire, Agri Food and others).
She has taken part in large-scale European projects, such as community-funded initiatives – PON projects, Comenius and Erasmus + projects in partnership with Hungary, France, the Azores Islands, Martinique and other European Union countries.
She has promoted and led professional activities and international projects in China, Japan, Uzbekistan, the United States, Australia, Mexico, Montenegro, Canada and Armenia.
She is an active member of the “Made in Italy Project” network and is the leader of the network of Vocational Hotel and Fish Institutes in Italy, in collaboration with Assoittica Italia, already recognized by MIPAAF. Together with her colleagues, Mr Aprile and Mr Santagati, she represents the “Made in Italy Project” network at MAECI.

Dirigente CRISTINA TONELLI
Cristina Tonelli è nata a Riva del Garda, vive da numerosi anni a Roma, dove dirige dal 2015 il più antico istituto alberghiero della Capitale: l’IPSEOA Tor Carbone. Collabora da anni con Assocamera, Regione Lazio, aziende speciali della Camera di commercio, ARSIAL, AGROCAMERA, COLDIRETTI, per progettare e testare percorsi di innovazione turistica ed agroalimentare (Maker Faire, Agri Food…).
Ha partecipato a progetti europei di ampio respiro, quali iniziative a finanziamento comunitario come PON e progetti Comenius e Erasmus+ in partenariato con Ungheria, Francia, Azzorre, Martinica e vari altri Paesi dell’Unione Europea.
Ha promosso e guidato attività professionali e progetti internazionali in Cina, Giappone, Uzbekistan, Stati Uniti, Australia, Messico, Montenegro, Canada e Armenia. E’ membro attivo della rete “Progetto Made in Italy” ed è capofila della rete degli “Istituti Alberghieri ittici d’Italia”, in collaborazione con Assoittica Italia, già riconosciuta dal MIPAAF. Rappresenta assieme ai colleghi Aprile e Santagati la rete “Progetto Made in Italy” presso il MAECI.
